The office named in the imprint is responsible for the data collection and processing described below.

IP address storage
We store the IP address transmitted by your web browser strictly for the purpose of detecting, limiting and eliminating attacks on our website for a period of seven days. After this period, we delete or anonymize the IP address. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. f GDPR.

When you visit our website, so-called usage data is temporarily stored on our web server as a log for statistical purposes in order to improve the quality of our web pages. Cookies
We use cookies on our websites, which are necessary for the use of our websites. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your terminal device and can be read. A distinction is made between session cookies, which are deleted as soon as you close your browser, and permanent cookies, which are stored beyond the individual session. We do not use these required cookies for analysis, tracking or advertising purposes. In some cases, however, cookies only contain information about certain settings that cannot be related to a specific person. They may also be necessary to enable the user experience, security and implementation of the site. We use these cookies on the basis of rt. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. f GDPR.

You can set your browser to inform you about the placement of cookies. This makes the use of cookies transparent for you. You can also delete cookies at any time using the appropriate browser settings and prevent the setting of new cookies. Please note that our web pages may then not be displayed optimally and some functions may no longer be technically available.

Contact form
You have the possibility to contact us via several web forms. To use our contact form, we generally require your name and e-mail address. If you request a quote, additional information on the product and fertilizer per ha is required. You can provide additional information, but you do not have to.

Information that you provide to us in the context of contacting us, we use on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. b DSGVO or Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. f DSGVO in the interest of answering your inquiry as uncomplicatedly, promptly and customer-oriented as possible.

Your data will only be processed to respond to your request. The data will not be passed on to third parties.

Google Maps
On our websites, we embed map services that are not stored on our servers. To ensure that calling up our web pages with embedded map services does not automatically lead to content from the third-party provider being reloaded, we only display locally stored preview images of the maps in a first step. This does not provide the third-party provider with any information.

Only after clicking on the thumbnail, content of the third party provider will be reloaded. This provides the third-party provider with the information that you have accessed our site as well as the usage data technically required in this context. We have no influence on the further data processing by the third-party provider. By clicking on the preview image, you give us permission to reload content from the third-party provider.
The embedding is based on your consent according to. Art. 6 par. 1 p. 1 lit. a DSGVO or § 15 para. 3 p. 1 TMG, provided that you have previously given your consent by clicking on the preview image.
Please note that the embedding of some map services results in your data being processed outside the EU or EEA. In some countries, there is a risk that authorities may access the data for security and surveillance purposes without notifying you or allowing you to seek redress. If we use providers in insecure third countries and you consent, the transfer to an insecure third country will be made on the basis of Art. 49 para. 1 lit. a GDPR.

Your information is transmitted from your computer to our server and vice versa over the Internet using TLS 1.2 256 bit encryption. You can recognize this by the fact that in the status bar of your browser the lock symbol is closed and the address line starts with https://.
